have been killing tires on my 19s, then noticed a thread where people had been chattin and sayin about spacers... just checking if that was a way around it..

what is the correct offset of a b5 saloon? Still tryin to get to teh botom of my tire problems

You can get fully adjustable control arms for the front. They r made by Stern and I've had em fitted for a year now and get no issues at all with tyre wear and I'm wound a fair way down. Tracking was only done a while back... How adjustable is the camber? I don't know whether to get new tires and try again or go smaller... Can't really afford a fw hundred quid every few months in tires but my baby looks naked with out her nice shoes

just need soem cheap wheels with tires i can plonk on teh b5 asap tbh mate... where are you?

fit b5 saloon? presume they do? No messing about?

ohh... do quite alot of miles... has split teh side wall twice now on either front tire... maybe time to get smaller wheels

My passat is lowered 50mm ish i believe and has 19 inch audi reps with 35 profile tires... has anyone else had issues with them? seems to be killing tires.. or is this just because the profile is so thin??

Hi, Today i went to use my b5 tdi and found the battery was dead :( I removed the battery to charge it in the house but had to go out, so took my other car removed battery on passat and left charging. Locked all doors and checked key was working etc before going out- it was. Got back, battery charge...

I think you could have got the tyre cheaper than that. not when i needed to get back on my way and was already 200 miles from home, was the best we could do... that did include tracking etc after i chatted the man up in shitfit so not that bad..
