The BJ injectors look to be PDE P1.1 80 / 550 where as the AL ones are PDE P1.3 80 / 550 so there shouldn't be much at all in the performance of them, newer ones might have a slightly better spray pattern but the map will need altering as the BIP file and calibration for the injectors are different...

Looking good, what injectors are you running now ?. I don't think you want to run much more torque than you have already as the clutch / transmission will not like it, but with suitable injectors you have the possibility of getting quite a bit more power. Might be a good time to find some really go...

Standard turbo on your engine should boost to around 14psi. Oil catch tank is great thing. And remap is the best option to go. But to be honest if I would be you I would start with changing the turbo and injectors then sort up the remap as this way you will get more bhp. Good luck

I don't think you can get much more than 230bhp with standard AL injectors without going too very long durations which give you smoke and high EGT's, or staring the injection earlier which can lead to very high cylinder head pressures and possible blown head gaskets.
