Sorry meant to add that all connections and fuses checked the battery was my first port of call as when my battery went flat on my previous b6 the same lights appeared but cleared when driving.

No luck with vw they can`t find a fault but as i said to them it`s faultless until it overheats so it seems that i have to wait until it blows.!!!!
