Hi peeps, Right been thinkabout polishing my roof bars as new audi's etc are polished and they look pretty smart. Anybody tried It before , got any tips? I was thinking of having them chromed for a bit more durability?? Thanks in advance ;)

I have a saab 95 intercooler to go in, it's exactly the same size as the radiator and is only 30mm thick so should be ideal, i'd recommend it as the size is ideal, haven't got it in yet though

Hi there, by the look of it you will need spigot rings to bring the bmw wheels 72.6 to the passats 57.6 which should be easy enough, the ET is the same as standard so Theres bit of room for spacers too, depends on the width though as with no spacers they may foul the suspension. Cheers andy

I would say coilovers, The outlay isn't much more than Springs/Shocks and as said above always fiddle with the height. I have TATechnics Coilovers which aren't too bad which would about £200. Handling is pretty good too

mmm, Tricky one as it seams to drive ok. Maybe worth getting the fault codes checked - I had a spilt in the small pipe going to the ECU and this brought up a code (Boost not matching what the ECU asked - 00575 using vag com) Hopefully it's just a loose pipe or something nice and easy to fix ;)
