Majority of driving is town, short journeys, stop start, especially to and from work, occasional dual carriageway, as long as I don't plant my right foot, I have never gotten less than 45 mpg, that's why I love my diesel, made a big difference to my wallet, and the map has transformed the power deli...

I had a 1.8t octavia 4x4, remap was the best way to make power, panel filter added no extra power, but throttle response seemed better, airflow was no better than a new paper element.

Hi guys, finally got round to replacing my pollen filter, took off the long cover, and replaced it, should there be a 2nd cover? or is it exposed under the large cover?

I bought a similar one for my b5.5 and it sat a lot higher, so I'm guessing b5 and 5.5 are different

I had an octavia 4x4 Estate 1.8t before my b5.5 130 tdi se (now 165) I just couldn't go back to the poor mpg, as I do a lot of stop start and short runs, so depends on what mileage you're gonna do

Saw machine head at Brixton academy, nearly dislocated my shoulder in the pit lol.... Shame they split

Look at blacksmoke remaps.... £45... Just need a £15 mpps lead from eBay and all is good
