Not yet.I needed the car for few days.And I was waiting for new seal and clutch.This weekend I will do it.Hopefully going to be easier.Last time all bolts on gearbox was seized.

Well clutch is fine.Now wen I started the engine looks lake engine oil badly leak between gearbox an engine.I did replaced pilot bearing and crankshaft seal with liquid gasket underneath.what could got wrong.

Thanks man I managed to put it back, up and down on the trolley i made.Now I can bleed the cylinder my pedal just stays down. I have attached a pump for a oil change but is not great.I will try tomorrow motive power bleeder an I’ll see.

Hi there any tips how to put gearbox back in.I done clutch checked alignment twice but box does not fit.I am doing it on my driveway.Passat 1.9 tdiAWX.

Ok so clock spring sensor replased.Airbag bag fault deleted horn is back.But abs and esp cannot be deleted.Code 00788 angle sensor G85 not matched.I tried with Vsdc on steering angle module but cannot be found.Any ideas how to be reset.Thanks.

Air bag code 00588 driver side resistance too high N95.Steering angle sensor g85not matches intermitted 00788. I have got vcds can I do something or I need new clock spring.

Me again recently I replaced my ignition switch. And now I have got ESP AIRBAG and ABS yellow lights on dashboard.Have to remove the steering wheel and I am not shore did something went wrong.So far VCDS remove the faults but they com on straight away.Car is running but with ESP ABS and Airbag light...

Hi there.passat b5.5 AWX no dashboard lights cranking but not stating.Head lights,central lock,interior lights,radio all works.Tried vcds for codes but won’t connect wit ecu.Any ideas.Thanks.

Mine problem was with injector loom gasket.The oil was dripping to the edge on head gasket and from there down to the starter motor,gearbox.There is an O ring but I used a bit of gasket maker.

Mine was dripping from injector loom.

Not only 130 all 1.9 will be the same 2001-2005.apart from injectors.

Do you know are they all the same 97 to 05 or if you know any part numbers.As much I love MY Passat I start getting that feeling on hate.
