So I really should have held out for a 130 16v then? Oh well. The car is clean enough on the outside and just needs a good clean inside so not too much of a problem. Thanks for the replies.

I will have a 2 litre 115bhp 8v engine when I pick my car up and tbh the figures compared to my 1.8 mondeo are poo. What can I do to up the power out? Can these be de-catted, K&N panel or induction kit or any other things to make them a bit more gutsy? I'm thinking I should have gone for a 130bh...

What bulb is the dipped beam on a 5.5? I have got an h7 kit sat here from my mondeo that I can fit if that is the right bulb? If not then I may well get the right bulb size. Also, do you use the standard wiring and fuses as on the mondeo it was needed to up the fuses and adviseable to make a switche...
