you only need to fuse both ends if your running a split charge system otherwise you need one as close to the battery as possible and your fine

i'm looking at doing the 312mm brake upgrade in the near future just wondering if someones done or can do a how to and also a parts list for the job i have a 2002 passat 130 sport estate how do i check if the current calipers are suitable ? and if they are is it a case of get the disks and carriers ...

i have 8.5 x 20's et45 and 225-30-20 tyres i have my front arches pulled though but i am also very low i think B5's don't have as much space up front as the B5.5's

there the genuine audi A8 20's that were in the classified got them sealed in there boxes still
not gonna paint them as they are brand new i may however wrap them as the face is nice and flat so should be able to pull it off ;)

drain holes are fine changed the pollen filter earlier this week managed to clear the faults and get everything working some how all i did was pull the fuses out to check they were all ok then cleared the faults and scanned them again and it seems to of sorted itself very strange the only fault i ha...

removing and resticking rear veiw mirror with rain sensor
well it's a little loose which i think is a combination of harsh bass and stiffer suspension so it's stopping the rain sensor working properly so i need to remove the mirror and stick it back on more securely has anyone done this and what is the best stuff to use to stick it back on ?

i use black flex gel and activator to fill the holes then sand it smooth and paint with a special interior trim paint that i mix to match the interior it's quite easy really

i use ca gel and activator when filling wheels the problem with chrome wheels is you need to remove it all before you start repairing them

the aircon guy checked it all out said it doesn't need gassing the compressor works but isn't getting a live feed when he put a live to it it came on he said it could be the switch or a wiring issue, vagcom says theres a fault with the switch it's

it's been regassed but theres no power going to the compressor compressor works when it's given a 12v feed so worth a try as fuses are fine
