well after measuring up and designing the enclosure 9.5cuft tuned to 35hz with 78^2" of port after all displacements i sorted myself out with some birch ply £100 for 2 sheets mdf would of been £30 and some wood glue and turbo gold screws and got to work http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v88/m...

i had a boost guage on my old golf tdi but it was easy just put a t piece into ont of the pipes with the pipe going into the boost guage it was just a case of finding the pipe the t piece needs to fit in

ah right i just bought a genuine cap and painted it do you need the barrel or can you just mod the original ?

could speak to demon tweeks about some new springs i got some on my polo you can choose length hardness and all sizes think they cost me 30 odd quid

it's just a plastic cap that fits on with no hole in for the lock thats all i have will have a play and see if i can get it to fit otherwise i'll need a handle from the passenger side with no lock in i assume

passat delock blanking piece
do these fit straight over the lock ? i'm just painting one at the moment so will need to go i beleive if i loosen the handle and can flick the one off with a hole in but do i need to remove anything from the lock to make it fit over it ?

need to decide which way i want to go audio wise, try and sort an interior but apart from that not alot as i want to be able to put it back to standard to sell so don't want to anything too much i was tempted to do alot of smoothing but after the polo i need to calm down

the original speakers are great if your not planning on amping the front speakers i'd stick with them there not designed to play bass the will cut off around 89hz which is where a sub would normally take over

they do but they won't do anything a couple of mm of rubber won't stop the wheel touching a kerb it'll just take a chunk of rubber with it

yeah the stalka were vibrating forwards and backwards that much that they spaid and flashed the headlights and not lon after that vid shattered the windscreen too

the tints were £160 done stockport way
this is quite my old car was one of the loudest in the country averageing over 156db for 30 seconds of music so this is very tame in comparision i could sit in this all day no probs ;)
