The app that you need is called torque and there is a paid version called torque pro but I think the free one is good enough

I have a standard sport and I have the same problem when I have 2 people in the back and I hit a bump in the road the rear suspension is really soft

you can buy the kit from vw for around £50-£60 or there are specialists out there that can fit and supply everything your need.
