rubbers out is not a problem, i can vouch for that

map the car, more boost more pressure. mines the same if i dont rev to high it chatters but over a certain rev and it dumps.

Ride quality isn't far off standard, but it is a bit stiffer. Don't really throw the car around (got the G40 for that :) ) so can't say much about handling. you can buy anti glare bulbs for refector lamps which makes them have a cut off line. HIDS4U do them i had them on the polo MOT passed fine.
