I have a bixenon headlights as well. As soon as I took the caps off I realised that the lever is in upper position already on both sides.

According to Erwins manual.

I've ordered exactly the same parts as you mate my only worry is that all I got is a driveway and axle stands.... I hope it isn't a massive job to well...decat it.

I have 04 plate 1.9 TDI saloon but I guess sensors are exactly the same.

I bought those ones 4B0919275A.

I paid £15.99 each and get it from Amazon.

I had to replace my lock mechanism as at first it works whenever it wants only to get to the point I couldnt open the door at all...

tdi_uk if I wouldnt find your post and pics how to drill into that lock I dont think i would be able to ...

Yeah thats what I did Alan. Before I went for a test drive I deleted all the codes. When I back home i scanned it again and it was all good.

How does it go ?

Haven't got enough time to test it properly yet but feels much smoother now and get to national speed limits much quicker ;)

VCDS works as it should.

Next time i check com ports settings in VCDS before i post here.

I borrowed MAP sensor from my mate ( he has passat as well).

Scan my new ECU and thats what I get:

T2000, yes I replaced N75 with all vacum hoses and that fixed the problem.

Yes its the top.


Gaz it isnt melted more like is pushed up and sticker with serial number is gone....

Apparently EGR is disabled in ECU i bought so there shouldnt be any problem.

And as far as i know my MAP sensor was all good before.
