well the engine on the golf is on its way out, slow time winter rebuild,

after that then maybe its 'sat time, done the golf think.

we are local to each other too, might cross paths soon enuff.

Well it took less than 24 hours since the polo was sold. New wheels are on the drive in the form of a WAGON J Reg, 61k mile FSH verified 2.0 CL returned 37.6 mpg on the journey home today,( on the fully functioning MFA) like driving in an armchair on a canalboat ( its as long as one. ) with the wind...

cheers matt, very good guide there, fast reply too. like i said it seems a well looked after car, only having done 12k in the last 3 years. only failed one mot, brake hoses bulging, no other advisories has got a scuff on one wheel arch but not broken the paint. and i know all about exploding heater ...
