The 35 you have looks spot on mate but might be to dark with the cars own tint might bring it over 35% with a light meter

Ime in the same predicament wat to use on mine ime getting an organic clutch but not sure on flywheel my last car a 1.9 tdi touran I fitted a cheap smf clutch conversion and couldn't tell the difference been honest and I covered quite a few thousand miles

My caliper was already red mate just painted carrier and freshened up the calliper
