get ure gearbox oil drained and looked at sounds like that needs changing to me, with any car firs tthing with the flid being quie thick and yucky itll be quite stiff getting in gear once the fluid heats up and thins out a bit itll get better.. fluid change me thinks.. but be careful doing it uresel...

well as a basic engine layout im going for a gt28rs/gt30 havent decided on whihc one want to really get an idea of spec of each btoh ar going to need some sort of custom manifold possibly top mounted as the gap isnt too big between block and chassis leg. forged pistons were always a todo im going ot...

its in the air box, on top ull see some wires going through a rubber grommet take that off and see wot happens

he only issue with the gt28rs turbo is the amount of room you dont have.. the chassis leg is so close and custom manifold is the only way , have you seen teh size of it..? its maoosive and it doesnt jsut stop there at ehaust u have to ay out to get custom inlet pipes as there 3inch in all itll cost ...

excuse my ignorance..: :oops: this isnt the pd engine ere alking about? if it is.. its easy lol if its the older 1z style engine with belt driven diesel pump then basically put number 1 to tdc, then diesel pump around look through the pulley holes untill the smaller hole is inlighn with the back pl...

ring sanburns in coventry look it up on google i cant remeber there number off hand, ask for a head or a comelete engine they post out palleted engines if you feel you wanna repalce teh whole lot, however the best advice would be to take teh head off and see the damage if you can get away with jsut ...

try tkaing the brakes apart, easy job jack it up , front wheels off, take metal spring off chck pad condition on both sides of the disc? possibly a *no swearing* slider? if the pads are low and the discs are worn the caliper will only come out so far and lock whihc mgiht cater for teh brake pedal js...

that blue sensor is the water temp sensor, it has a rubber seal? no oil should be in that are unless the cam chain tensioner seal has gone? are u receiving mettalic rattling noise?

i am going to go out on a limb herre and associate this with audi auto tiptronic boxes i mea they sare similar boxe anyway, however to over come this problem would personally drain the oil remove teh sump change the gearbox filter, when refilling yo need to have hte car jacked up.. on a ramp for exa...

By getting a re circ valve and a pipercross replacement box filter ( uses the under section of the airbox as a filter) you will receive good noise i do...

apparently quick although didnt seem tooo rapid like the front arches.. however that grill is quite hideous, although i cant say lots, due to fact i dont have a grill on and there is dents etc... but thatll be clenaed up... thanks for letting me out by the way.. awfully kind in the dog eat dog world...

Just went out to my car and found about 2 inches of what up by the battery. That could be the reason why my central locking isnt working.
