Would a sticking vnt turbo cause the smoke problems?

Hi, I'm based near Warwick

What's a vnt turbo? If it's any help, the turbo seems to work fine. It's just occasionally doing this and only at high speed

Hi all, I have a couple of problems that may be related, I hope someone can help.

Well, that got a few of you talking, thank you very much for the advice.
First as Howey said, I will take the car to a V Dub specialist to check for split hoses, then its definately 2 stroke oil for me.

Hi all, I wonder if you can help. I have noticed a bit of smoke from the exhaust lately and when my car went for its MOT, it had trouble with the smoke test. It did pass eventually but only just. The car is a 2003 1.9 TDI with 97k miles on it. Has anyone got any ideas what I can do?
