Re: buzzing noise from the rear , poss fuel pump???
Mine was the same, loud buzzing on ignition and when the dpf was doing a regen, then I started getting a jerk at 3k revs and some days the car wouldn't start, had to do a couple of hits with a hammer to get it going.. changed the fuel pump for a newer model out of the CR engined models (Q revision i...

Re: Tom's static b6 on Bentleys :)
Been working on the abc pillar and headlining trims recently, got this flexible vinyl spray from halfords and I highly recommend it!!! Basically if you get any runs or apply a coat too thick it doesn't matter as it sort of soaks into the plastic and changes the pigmentation, think of it like a perma...

How do I go about removing the headlining in my b6 saloon? I think it was graeme (homerdog) who briefly mentioned it to me about taking it through the rear door which looks like it'll be a hell of a struggle :/ haynes manual says to take the windscreen out, stuff that! :-? Basically going to be retr...

Re: Tom's static b6 on Bentleys :)
That is super cool, I thought it would look a bit more stealth though in the grille. The black bit sticks out a bit. Still, love it. B-) I completely agree mate, that's the only part I really don't like about it.. I tried sitting it further back but it wouldn't flip as it was getting caught on the ...

Re: Passat Kangarooing
Sorry its been a while.. fitted new fuel pump today with a couple of issues, the guy i bought it off failed to note the last letter of the part number (Q) so it was completely different to the old one (G) however after an hour of fiddling about and getting it to fit properly its working brilliantly!...

Re: Tom's static b6 on Bentleys :)
Cheers guys, yeah I wish I did the paint when I first got it haha! I used the autofinesse revitalise kit but with the addition of a denim pad to reduce the orange peel effect before moving onto the pads supplied with the kit.. I also got a free 50ml test pot of illusion wax which may be small but so...
