Rear bumper chrome trim
Hi everyone I need a part number for the r/h side chrome trim in the rear bumper as when I was jet washing my car today it ripped a big square in the chrome, this made me angry so I pulled the trim out to look at and it was flimsy as *no swearing* and I broke it so I now need a new one

I've got a sport mate and it's got auto hold, auto lights, auto wipers, sport seats mine are cloth but leather ones are available too, 17" monte Carlo alloys, auto dimming rear view mirror, privacy glass, dual zone climate control. Doesn't have cruise though but that's added easily enough with ...

It was a sensor on the ABS unit that is a common failure on the golf mk5, it used to mean a whole new abs unit but then vw brought a repair kit out for it and luckily it didn't cost me a penny.

Had this fixed this morning free of charge by Hayseldens in Doncaster can't recommend them enough Phil the service manager was brill, would 100% recommended them to you guys if your local, no quibbling no hassle just in and out.

Just ask someone with a code reader to clear it, it probably will come back on but not untill you re mot it I've got a code reader mate it doesn't show any faults nor does it clear when I tell it to, I've done some digging and apparently it's a known fault and potentially falls under vw goodwill so...

I need to rant, I've just taken my other car (golf mk5) for its mot this morning and not one single thing was wrong with it, except the frigging esp light being permanently on on the dash, it failed due to this I cannot believe that's what it's failed on I'm absolutely gutted.

Why would you want to put something on your car that you think only looks ok-ish? Not sure about on a passat but I know the leon cupra r splitter is popular, or you could try and find a votex or r line, I just personally wouldn't put anything on my car that I just thought was OK ish in the first place

There's no cables if you've got no BT already fitted. Get a VCDS Autoscan to see.
