Just got one of these and have been told they are a common fail.
Part number directly off the part is : 510 827 861A.
As far as I know you just cut it to size.

From memory there are 4 x 10 mm bolts god only knows why

If your water pressure is low then the red "low flow" orifice (shown attached to the arm) should be fitted If the standard " high pressure orifice is in with low pressure this will explain the long fill time. Also check the ball and arm can swing freely down once flushed. Next option ...
