to be honest any late b5 s4 setup/ b6 s4 and audi s6 and i think audi vented s8 will work fine but our cars do very little braking in the rear

thanx mate

to be honest you are better off buying a syncro as the rear of the car is totally different and front subframes and clocks etc

mine spliting now if your interested in the shell and to put a standard s4 engine into it?

parts not selling?

i know i have been really bad about getting pics of the wheels i am selling but the rest of the car nothing seems to have any interest

so is there no market out there for parts at the mo?

that easy it makes the car safer and as you have to get better springs for the rear and you might as change all teh suspension ;)

to be honest if you get a good coilover kit I can not see it affecting the towing maybe make it better as it will be able to take the wait better

its driving perfectly :)

to be honest been busy with life so its just being used and does the job perfectly :)

It is getting some new brakes, timing belt change and mayor service as I am talking it to the 30-130 and top speed run in march :)

as mentioned rs6/s6 or a6 suspension is perfect fit. I am running rs6 on mine.

But only fronts will fit but if you dont have the front engine weight then the spring will be all wrong.

the crazy thing is the w8 drinks more then a rs4 or s4 4.2 v8

one guy said that a w8 is on par with a rs6

both i hear great engines

Pie will all big powerful engines come small issues sadly. Dont worry plenty of w8 owners out there that no problems at all.

ive insured the passat with sky insurance, brentcare and hic and all have insured my cars based on the power level and off course covering the engine

Surprised u wanted a s4, you're cars rarer etc and a proper sleeper. How come you wanted to change? to be honest its nice having the passat but it is also nice to have a s4 or rs4. mate to be honest cheapest way to get all the parts is to buy a cheap a6 2.7t and use the parts of that. there is a engine for sale at the mo for £850 (i think complete) i.e. water pipes ecu and loom rear diff is a6 one not s4 porp is A6 quattro (or just shorten yours (found that to be the cheapest...

hope your well. As for the V6 tdi why dont you use one out of the A4 or A6. The Q7 will have different design sumps so will not sit in there.

Did Aiden make up new subframes for the seats? or was you able to bolt the seats to the floor?

also I was told they are to wide for a passat how do they fit?

well mate so sorry to hear it. well once its done get it remapped if you haven't lol ad those precats off as well :) Cheers....thought about the cats, but loads of hassle as they are part of the manifolds so you'd have to gut them. I have spare manifolds, but to fit them for my MOT i'd need to take...
