Done a little vacuum test to the actuator and I'm not able to gain any vacuum. Looks like the diaphragm is goosed. Has anyone changed the actuator or do we have a how to on how to change it? I'm wondering would VW cover it under the recall for emissions?

Anyone? Surely I can't be the only one. Lol. If it's anything to do with turbo or egr system or injectors would it not be covered under the recall for the emissions?

Just another quick question. My wiring not done by me to the trailer socket shorted the indicators in the boot blowing the fuse. Replaced the fuses and now my indicators don't flash on lock or open but I can hear the relay in the ccm click. When I tested it as I sat in the car. Any thoughts or ideas...

See im looking at the bigger picture, dont need expensive tyres if they are only going to be on for 3-6 months before i payout for 18"s and lower the car 45mm all round. i like the comfort but also the low look. BBS CH would look nice on my silver Ssat.

if i fit the 195's would the handling of the car be impaired or improved.. Trying to keep save a few pounds as the suspension work didnt come cheap. i know people would say i should of bought coilovers and saved myself a fortune but no need for coilovers hence i didnt change the springs ...... hahah...
