vw cc rear abs sensor

Hi guys, my 2012 cc reports are issue with the abs/esp and also as a result the TPMS system. I scanned it with VCDS and it says the there is an incorrect signal from the rear left sensor. I took off the wheel and looked, it seems like the wiring is all good, not torn or damaged. I took out the senso...

RNS 315 maps update

Hi guys,
Any of you try the V10 or V9 2017/2018 Europe west maps for the RNS315. I think mine is a bit outdated(2012 CC).
I think the navigation is pretty good but I was wondering of i would notice the 2018 maps being much different or features etc?
Thanks in advance

Re: B6 2.0 tdi 170 09 screen wash not working??

Hi, I had this issue too, the fuses are, the relays are fine. VCDS shows a ground or open circuit on mine, did you scan yours? My motor was also fine, the wiring must have failed inside my car as it removed the pump motor wiring to expose it under the bonnet and it was fine. I had the relay CECM or ...

Re: B6 white mfa question

the NCT here only specifies that a speedometer is: fitted, working and is visible from the drivers seat, so technically it could be outside on the bonnet and still pass :hyst :hyst :hyst :hyst :hyst reference (page 28, NCT Manual for passenger vechicles up to 8 seats):https://www.ncts.ie/media/1004/...

Re: windscreen washer pump not working

Ive been messing with it and it seems that there is no power getting to the motor and the fuse seems ok, I did have the dash panel off to get at the terminal 15 relay as it had failed, i also removed and refitted a bunch of relays including ones marked 449, i wonder is there one there on the CECM fo...

Re: windscreen washer pump not working

Thanks Mindriot, unfortuantely I dont have the manual and the fuse panels dont have a legend on them. But as you suggested I googled and found that its either fuse 39 on the drivers side (10A) or fuse 42 on the passenger side (15A). None of the fuses are blown. A diagnostic check with VCDS shows tha...

Hi, I just noticed that my widnscreen washer jets arent pumping, the pump doesnt seem to be running at all, about two weeks ago my terminal 15 relay went kaput and I changed it thanks to Jareds advice which was wonderfully precise. Re: engine change help with BKP

Just an update, it turns out the cambelt tensioner stud pulled itself out of the crappy aluminium head. I fixed this by changing the standard M8 x 1.25mm X 73mm stud with the newer m8 x1.25 + m10x1.5 stud. This was easy enough to do, however after retiming the car it did run but was smoky and down o...

Re: BKP engine timing tool query

Should be the same as the BMR but the easy way to determine what you have on your car is to see where the arrow is on the crank cog behind the pulley. It can only match up to one tool because the arrow will either be in the middle of a tooth or in the middle of the groove between the teeth. One too...

Hi, Does anyone know which of the timing tools I need to use for the crankshaft or where it locks at 1 o clock or 12 o clock, the kits usually come with both I know but has anyone timed theirs and saw roughly what position it locks in, IIRC one o clock? Will only the correct crank tool fit too,as on...
