thanks for all the information mate. the problem seems to escalating and I'm unsure what to do... given the worth of the car. Well I am no longer going to recon the calipers even though biggred kits look good... at least not for use on my car, as i can get Brand new units for £33 a side from work - the lucas number i managed to cross reference went over to to LC3338 and LC3339's... this in turn crossed to a Delco caliper ...
