Re: plastic things behind bumper?

I'm after the long black plastic part that sits just underneath the headlight and indicators, about a foot long and bolted to the metal bumper reinforcement... think your right with the idea of a scrapper tho, will drop by on the way home on the off chance o...

First things first I need to repair all the old/cracked/scratched body parts, and after removing the front bumper I've found that behind a crack on the nearside theres a black plastic thing that...

wide arches

Hi all I'm putting together my long overdue list of additions for my B5 (delays due to new house and lots of money been spent on it) and have been trying to find some wheel arch extensions. I know a lot of you probably won't like them but hey, if we all liked the same thing it'd just be boring! So f...

I’m a big advocate of buying ex-cabs, having had two before the passat, both at over 150k. They have very stringent MOT’s and are generally kept well.

May be going against the grain there but that’s my experience!

Servicing in Birmingham

I'm looking for recommendations for a decent vw indy service centre in the birmingham area. I've read good things about Volks in Coventry here at ukp, but would ideally take me passat somewhere closer to B'ham city centre. Work and moving house makes it hard for me to travel far! If i can't find an ...

Bobman also posted some pics of doing the same viewtopic.php?t=546

May come in handy :)

where does the law stand on making door handles live nowadays? love to watch the little gits fry! I'm thinking about covering the lock entirely and just using the fob. Its not very often I use the key anyway. Is there a practical way to stop this happening and not having to replace the fuse e...
