Front wiper motor is good relay is good, stalk good somight be an issue with the rear wiper, anyone no what the other relay also named 370 is for, its smaller than the other one

Right this weather needs to get a grip because I ain't working on this in the rain. Swapped the relay though cuz its a 2 main job but has not made a bit of difference. So probs a new stalk but I'm not buying one till Iv tested mine
