Yeah battery disconnected and left for. Good half a hour prior to working on them and will r left once again prior to plugging sears back into the circuit

Link to the picture of the to plugs the smaller plug is the b6 loom the larger the b7 to seat

Just when I thought I was getting somewhere fitting my new front springs and finnaly getting driveshaft nut loose I now can’t get the arm to separate from ball joint mounting I’ve taken the 3 14mm nuts off the bottom and it won’t move. Got the drive shaft but loose with aid of a 4 m cheater bar lol.
But immediately hit a new issue took the 3 nuts holding lower arm to ball joint assembly and the arm isn’t shifting tried to lever it out gentle persuasion with hammer and it’s juat anyone else had this problem ?

Just tried to gun them off still not budging after some serious attacking going to leave and drop down to local garage and see if they can shift them gives me chance to order new bolts as didn't get chance to before

Got spring compressors on with a little work and gradually taking up the tension. As I slowly jacked the arm up problem now is the hub won't let go of strut even with it opened up slacked it with lube and it just ita moveing it's like strut has fused to the arm. Seats are in but air bag plugs are different as is colour of wiring is it just simply tracing which wire goes to same pin on each plug and replicating? Also with door cards how have people relocated the boot release as b7 doesn't have one on door card?

I'm currently bidding on a b7 interior on ebay which I intend to fit in my B6 I am correct in thinking there is no major differences in the interior of the b7 over the B6 mine is a 2010 b6 if that helps

Funnily enough pre media noise on diesels and webuy any car offered £4275 this last week that price has now dropped to £3450. And I quite liked the 1.2tsi compared to cr I found it very responsive (mines only 110bhp)

I've given up with mine and admitted defeat will get it into a garage one day this week to fit em manages to get the motor wound back and everything else done fine but just couldn't budge the carier bolts no matter how hard I tried even soaked in plus gas and bar sat on them:(
