VAG often seem to have part numbers like that, with the first number indicating a particular part code identifier for VW, Audi or Skoda, when the rest of the number is the same and in reality they are the same parts. If you remove the spark plug, connect it to the coil pack and earth the plug body, you can start the car and check that the plug sparks to ascertain if the coil and plug are working correctly.
