No knocks squeks or bangs all seems in perfect working order just drives like a 105 and that juddering is a pain

I had the rocker cover off my self a a week back to change the glow plugs cams in my eyes seemed ok no scoring or big wear but if anyone had a picture of one with 100k on it or so I could compare to my cams ?
