Re: Water in spare wheel well
Hi Ricky. I'm having exactly the same problem. I washed my car and went to hoover out the spare wheel well and noticed it was wet. Took out the liner dried it out and searched for the problem. I found a tiny crack in my rear left light cluster, but can't imagine that ws the problemm. I've sealed it ...

I've no idea, but I just came searching for advice as my spare wheel well carpet is quite wet on my (new to me) 17 R line estate ![Crying or Very sad ](./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)

Re: Uncomfortable!
I'm having the same problem. I'm 6'5". My b5.5 was so comfortable. This is far less comfortable. The seat doesn't do as low and I just can't get the lumbar support right. I'm looking for a sport interior with more support.

Re: Nervous about remapping 140bhp Passat (2011)
Following this thread with interest. I'm considering having my 2012 140 too remapped. Mine has done 130,000 so not sure if it's wise. Don't want or expect mega bhp or torque, butouldnt say no to a bit more poke and or slightly better consumption.

Re: New owner - few questions...
I've got a tornado red Estate and bought that very bumper protector. I wish I'd got either black or chrome. The stainless doesn't match the chrome lower bumper trim. It might grow on me though! Finally got a tornado red car after lusting after a Mk2 golf got in tornado red. Much nicer colour than my...

Re: B7 Estate Sub enclosure
What's the litre sealed box volume range for the Alpine sub ? Optimum for a sealed box is 24L and this enclosure is only 15L. However I'm under no illusion that this is less than ideal. It sounded great in my B5.5 though. I'll do the same and fill the enclosure about 30% with polyester wadding to t...

Re: B7 Estate Sub enclosure
Get the speaker line to rca converter, just need to wire that to one of speakers, and one wire to the positive of the head unit and from there goes pos wire to the remote point on the sub for on/off sub control, connect sub to the batt directly and you are sorted :-bd Can you keep me updated on the...

Re: B7 Estate Sub enclosure
Not fitted it all yet. Just took out the little plastic retainer by the cubby hole to check the enclosure fitted. It's all cheap/old stuff but enough to add a bit of punch to the factory speakers. An old Rockford Fosgate 2.6x amp with an Alpine see 1043 10" sub. Trouble I'm having though is I w...

B7 head unit upgrade with full integration.
Looking to upgrade my RCD310 on my B7. I would want to keep the full integration of steering wheel control, mdi input and mf display etc. I want rca outs to connect a amp and sub. Oem look would be a bonus.
Any recommendations appreciated. ;)

Thread resurrection! I can't make my mind up which protector to go for. My estate is Tornado red. I'm stuck between black abs or stainless.

Brilliant. Thanks it does look very similar. I already contacted radio world who said that there isn't one that they do.
I might just try a b6 box though.

I'm not sure. I'd imagine there are some differences. That's where I got my enclosure for my B5.5.
Anyone got a picture of a b6 estate near near side loading area?

B7 Estate Sub enclosure
Hi all. Long time lurker but never really posted! I've finally moved on from my B5.5 highline and bought myself a b7 estate. I had a stealth sub enclose in the b5.5 that fitted where the first aid kit should be in the boot passenger side cubby hole. I'd love one for the B7 but can't find one anywher...

Parking sensors stopped working?
My parking sensors have just stopped working. Now when I put it into reverse I get the initial short beep followed by a higher pitch beep that lasts for about 5 seconds. But nothing when reversed up to something.![Confused :-?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)
Hopefully someone has some idea of what it could be because I certainly haven't!
