Hi the rear drivers door does not unlock on the fob and to open it I need to pull the handle from the inside which unlocks it but won't open it then I have to open it using the outside handle any ideas how to fix it?

I unwound it all the way to the bottom scrubbed it and soaked it in wd40 then put it back all the way to the top as I'm going for a higher ride for a while. Has anyone ever replaced the grommet that is in the scuttle that the bonnet release catch wire runs through? If so how do you do it? Where do you disconnect wthe wire from I.e is it from the bonnet catch under the bonnet or the release from the inside or that lil grey box under the bonnet half way a...

Right I've ask a few questions on here about running wire through the ecu loom but do you have to drill holes in the ecu plastic case to get the wires through the put grommets in the holes youve drilled or is there another way?

Can anyone tell me how you get the bonnet release cable out from the grommet it goes through. Its the one under the bonnet on the driver side. I have a 2003 b5.5 estate
