Engine temp sensor shouldnt be related really.

I have had a few I suppose being a VAG technician for the last 9 years has influenced my purchases somewhat. OK not strictly VAG but v close.. The fan should regulate itself depending on the interior temperature and what you have set on the display. Might be worth checking the fault codes first, see if all the flaps and temp sensors are working as they should.

Might be rather late now but if its done two turbos i'd be checking oil pressure. The drive has a habit of coming loose on it.

looking at that now yeah i would'nt know where to start, in some ways i wish i could be knowledgable enough to do that, but not many places take apprentices now. We have loads of apprentices and new ones start each year, just wish all of them could be bothered. That was part way out, I was doing a ...

Well I should be, all being well tomorrow i'll pick up my 'new' B4 TDi that im going to use as a daily to my modded MK2 Golf that i'm currently rebuilding. Allready enquired about some coilovers from PhilJ who sorted me out on my old Polo. Question is do I run my spare G60 steels or my spare 15"...
