I would start with tryng to replace the bulb. This is done from the outside. I think 1 torque screw holds the outer plastic in place (maybe posi) then two torque to remove the light tthen can change the bulb. Hi maclee. Thank you for your help. I did contact the seller with the reg, and they said the picture you posted is not the correct one for my car. I’ll just get the ptfe round seal from carparts4less, although I’m pretty certain the Meyle part you posted is the correct one!

04L103151 is the part number of the cover. Is the seal part of this cover/part number? So I just prise the seal off instead of taking the whole plastic cover off? Cheers.

If you don’t have the option to change it on the dashboard menu, you’ll have to get beam deflectors on ebay.

I had the same problem. Changed the master cylinder switch with a Sachs one from ebay and all is well. Biggest headache was getting the clutch pedal upper bolt, 3-rd one. Don’t forget to bleed it afterwards!

Mine’s a manual too and the part number was different. I don’t remember exactly, but definitely different part number. Around 2.2-2.3 litres needed, but obviously you’ll have to get 3 litres. I think it’s G052527A2.

Hi. It’s just plastic chrome plated/covered. I’ve replaced the passenger side one, can be done with a flat bladed screw driver from inside the bumper. And they’re NOT cheap!

I personally change the fuel filter every 2 years or 20k miles max. You could start with changing the fuel filter.

Does that price include fitting? If not, it’s quite steep. I got a pair of genuine front brake discs from bay for £60, and the pads were Pagid for £20. Front pads include sensors.

My understanding is that the engine oil HAS to reach above 100c degrees, in order for the water to evaporate!

Mine’s a CFFB manual. Driving uphill in Austria (long drive in Europe) outside temp 40c, my oil temp went up to 132C.
Car was serviced before I left UK just under 1500 miles ago, with Castrol Edge 5w30.

I bought a set of canbus H11-s, and the cancellersrs on egay a couple of years ago. I fitted them from underneath the car, took the engine undertray off. I only fitted the cornering lights though. They match my xenons .

How much are you paying for the springs? I paid around £130 for the correct set of Eibach springs for mine when osr one broke. I have Bilsteins at the back, Sachs front shocks.
