Help moving fwd please.
Got a call from Yeovil VW & told me VW are not offering any help......no reason either!!!

He advised me to badger VW customer services, I called & got the usual poop. They are gonna have a manager call me sometime, what's my next step?

Update..... Called VW UK customer services, "we've never heard of the issue & no recall outstanding" Called Yeovil VW & spoke to warranty man, booked an appointment on thursday, he said he'd take a few snaps & send off to VW. He said he'd done a few of these recently. Shame on ...

So what's the best route to take?

VW customer services or local dealer?
