Can anyone tell me how to remove the switch cluster from the steering wheel? I am hoping that it should just pop out but I didn't want t...

Have any of you guys had an issue with the boot lid trim (the piece of high gloss plastic situated on the boot just under the glass)? - Mine has now cracked from top to bottom, almost directly in the middle. Checking other forums and internet sites - this appears to be a common fault in higher tempe...

Re: Creaking noise from glove box when reversing
Ok - thanks for the explanation - but why has it started to make this creaking noise? - I have had the car for 15 Months now but she only started this noise 2 months ago - is this symptomatic of something wearing out?
Thanks
Rob

Creaking noise from glove box when reversing
Hi all, Has anyone else noticed a grinding/creaking noise from the glove box when reversed is selected on an automatic? The sounds only lasts 1-2 secs and I only hear it after the car starts to move in reverse. The noise does not happen in any forward gear. The car is a 2010 CC GT DSG 170 – she ha...

Damers, did you ever resolve this? Mine seems to do the same thing, collect dirt where the rubber flange meets the paint work -- design fault maybe?

Re: CC DRL's, mk2 and detango'd indicators
Got them yesterday in the post - just over a week from China - not bad. Just need a break in the weather so I can fit them.
What is the best way to run in the ignition switched 12V/where should I take the feed from for the DRLs, ideas anyone?
Cheers
Rob

Puddle/door and foot well lights
Has anyone run a set of puddle/door lights (not ones fitted to the door mirrors) and/or a set of foot well lights in? Is there a kit I can buy or is it a case of DIY? I can't believe that my 2010 CC doesn't have these fitted yet the car I part exchanged for it (2004 B5.5 130 Highline) did!
