I found the wiring plug in the selector but has more than 2 wires i don`t know what wire are the starter circuit, Sorry about my ignorance

Hello guys!! I recently swaped my b3 aut to std trans and won`t start with ignition key now. How to bypass the neutral switch????? Any wiring diagram or pics can tell me how i do that... thanks for help ... (( Y SALUDOS ))
