On my b5 my instrument lights Arnt working .... checked fuses etc also not working on the climate control anybody help

Got a passat b5
When I first bought the car had a beta head unit ..... I'm now trying to put a gamma head unit in ..... on connecting the gamma unit in getting nothing happening .... checked all fuses and try the gamma unit in a mk4 golf and works fine .... helppppppppppppppppp pls

Right passat gurus At low speed when turning the steering wheel there's a groaning cum creaking sound coming from the front right wheel area also when pushing down on the wing get the same noise . I've changed the track rod end . Cv boot . And upper control arms and still getting issue . I think it'...
