Cheers guys it was only a thought as I recently came back to owning a Passat from a Vauxhall vectra Sri 150bhp and it has 6 speed liked it on large roads and carriageways and motorways felt nicer and not the over reving undergeared sound

Hi there I have recently bought a 2005 Vw Passat b5.5 highline 130bhp. 5 speed manual and was just wondering would it be possible or is it possible to convert it till a 6 speed manual?

Don’t want to go mad low like. Just to the top of tyre or slightly above it. Got standard 15” highline wheels on but going to 18” probably 215 40 18.

Would it be hard hitting if or when hitting a pothole or the likes on the roads ?

Hi there Guys might be interested in a set of these for my highline b5.5. Have had cars lowered on springs before and very hard hitting on like potholes and water grates on road. Would these coilovers be hard hitting or softish? And also what is the ride comfort and handling like ?

Got ring xenon 150% in yesterday was going for led ones but weren’t able to fit my holder so had to revert to them. Light abit better but not great

Looking advice for better headlight bulbs. Got standard in at the minute very weak light pattern and not that bright dipped or main beam any help appreciated

Where can I get the spacers to raise the engine if needed ?

I’m thinking about coilovers but afraid of sump busting as time running lows on here and any ideas or tips to save sump?

That sounds good I was thinking about the 30 to 40 mil look just sitting on the top of a set of 18s. So you guys both recommend the bilstien stuff ?

What sort of cost would this stuff be and where could I source it from. And also how low is the springs ?
