Ok guys

The Ssat is up and running, service done ! Afther 3-4 hours of PITA with everything! Oh yeah also changed the(how the hell is that pronounced) the end joints onto the steering rack! Well im happy with the results!

After further inspection I've noticed that my coolant getting out at the front side of the engine in between of the( i think that is the water pump) lover point where all belts are attached! Does anyone have pics with water pump location? Or explanation of its position! Could be helpful! Also notice...

Guyswhat is the most common place dor the cooling system leak beside radiator? Looks that my leak is located somewhere at rear side of the engine?

My guess(in fact" i will put my money on this") that u either Already have or most likely have intermittent ccm playing!!!

Strange idling?

In short, somethimes my passat doing some stupid things, but this is the most annoying while driving it gots the tension to increase the range of rpm's to a approx 1100 bpm? Could that be related to a temperature sensor or is something else?
Toughts please?

I have maps for most of the cars, and if u are interested, ill mail u with the map, ecu identifier and some more goodies, in return i expect nothing but the info about the map! Interested?

I badly need some help here... Struggling to find a little light at the end of the tunnel, im messing arround with the whole drivers/ windows( vag com is running on a parallel vmware xp3 on a mac pro) So i cannot install the God damned driver for FTDI chipset for the vag com usb/ obd adaptor needed ...

Agree with you, but ive just sen for my self! It is smaller diameter! The bolt was overtighten! I would call that Bosnian invention! How to kill and make some money legally!

Sounds like your mechanic used to much force/pressure on the hub bolt. Yes they are meant to be tight but if he used an industrial strength impact wrench and tightened to about 300nms of torque the bolt would stand no chance. Can you upload a picture? What about the famous " the Italian tune up"? It helped me, sticky vanes are history! Now( since,i mostly drive short distance) a good ol' (call me sick or whatewer) Italian tune up is the two in one! Business and pleasure!
