bigger injectors i've just bought a seat leon 1.9tdi 105 bhp bit of a difference from the b6 but emailed ccc tech and told him i want to put 130 pd injectors and a pd 130turbo on it and he reckons i should see about 175 bhp and 400 nm torque i'll be happy with that

well after nearly two weeks I will be picking my car up from the garage this Saturday put it in two Saturdays ago to have the air con looked at and the cam follower and diverter valve done and after a lot of messing about by vw dealer its done had the fuel pump repaired in the end with repair kit as...

This was the text i got from my mate

Tried ringing but won't connect, the end of the fuel pump is worn not the follower the spring is broken and weak. Ordered a new one from VW be here this afternoon £150 +vat.

Well whilst in the garage having the follower done my mate said the end of the pump was knackered so I've had to have a new pump as well here's a picture of the knackered pump

sent mine to the garage today to let them find the fault with the air con so getting them to fit the piston type and follower while its there you will have pm Richardsel

excuse my ignorance but what is pcv. and yes I have climatronic was told the pump had gone thought it needed a re gas but was told the pump wasn't kicking in hope that's the problem but not liking the price of a new pump £555 from dealers. I've found my fuel consumption has gone down with the diver...

Ordered my one today and a new diverter valve as I've lost a bit of power as well get them done then find out why the air conditioning isn't working.

I went to Germany beginning of may and didn't bother with the deflectors I just used the head light adjuster and set it on the lowest setting as if I had weight in the back didn't get flashed once

Spotted this morning Stonehouse lane roundabout at 6:50 I was the lorry in front of you slowing down to try and get a look at the car

took it to my mates garage Saturday and found one of the selector cables has frayed near the gear box end so needs a new cable fitted job for next weekend then

The selector drops in but no gears is found

Quick question ive a6 speed manual and we I give it some beans I loose 2nd 4th and 6th gear when I put it in the other gears they come back any ideas
