in the settings you are able to ajust the mute level when the sat nav voice comes on. The standard setting was too loud so I reduced it so I can clearly hear the instrucitons. Can't remember in which settings section mind because there are so many...

Well to be fair the pd was totally dfferent, I preferred it. The cr levels things up a bit and with the gearing on the Pasatt there isn't a lot in it, in the Golf, I'd take the 170 any day. Not so much so in Pasatt, just wasn't enough in it for me so went for 140.

Also, another little thing, when sat nav voice kicks in the radio is not muted it's just reduced a bit, but not enough, it's just racket

IT is all a big CON, just to get CO tax value down and create sales. I dont think the fuel prices will go up to make up the loss, TAX for cars will just rocket up and those poor people with 55mpg cars will pay through the nose to dare have a car with less CO than my fuel guzzling car that has more ...

I had a 140 with a Dagon tuning box, which squared things up a bit, but in the Pasatt I'd stick with the 140. The Golf seems to be geared differently as the GTD is a road rocket, in the Pasatt its quicker but the difference isn't as noticeable, IMHO.

Works perfectly for me, never use it, just leave auto hold on and my drive is on a slope. I just depress the clutch and away I go. I don't actually think ive used it more than half a dozen times. And I never leave the car in gear either.

I think there may be a lack of understanding how this works ...
