Yes,i had couple of tdi's myself.1 was b5 and the last one 02 plate 130 pd.they both were brilliant.the reason i'm asking about petrol,cos been looking for a cheap estate and i really fancy vw.found one nice clean looking on ebay,03 plate 2.0 petrol.asking price is 1000 and nobody is really grabbing ...

now,most of the time its better to spend a bit more rather than going for the cheap stuff,but this time,after full respray,set of 18" s and other bits and bobs, i cant afford much.so i was thinking of getting budget ones.i know i wont get ...

i want to lower my vw passat estate,2002 reg 1.9 tdi pd.thought i'd ask if anyone got a spare kit laying around.also would appreciate your opinions about the good heights to go for.

dont worry mate,mine is exactly same.i've been to many garages,vw specialists and heard loads of different suggestions.done everything and even more,but no results.so i came up with the conclusion-thats how it should be.

ye,i agree with that aswell.sounds like the water pump.let us know if its gona solve your problem.
heating inside is important these days ;)

oh i'm glad i'm not alone with this problem.cos where ever i go,everybody says its strange and they havent come across to such problem.
was it the main reason you did the overhaul?did you have any suggestions what it might be?do you drive a lot your car?i'm just wondering if its not causing any ...

i forgot to mention that i bought a new thermostat and replaced it.afterwards i've checked the old 1 and it seems working ok aswell.so its not the case either.
