Re: B6... A Working Progress
The VW garage would of had this job done in under an hour I'd say as because I didn't have the special m8 spline ball tool so I end up having to remove the common rail. If I had that tool I would of been flying but at £84 that common rail was coming off. Still sitting here smiling. Currently upload...

You can get the original one and make it fit the standard bumper. That's what G Black and myself did.

My rears are pretty much solid black. It looks like I'm a 17 year old again with tints hate it.

Yesterday was a bit of a lucky/itchy bum kinda night. After parcel force loosing my parcel, finding it then delivering it to the wrong address, I finally received my new air intake manifold and motor. Being daft I didn't to start work on the car knowing that it was a school night and I needed the ca...

Re: TPMS question
Look for a reset button in the glovebox. Upper right corner. They sometimes hide it in there. I work for the company that invented tpms. Our system has a learning computer that knows when you swap the tyres around by the rotation of the sensor etc. as far as I know VW use a bru sensor which isn't as...

Re: B6... A Working Progress
Have the engine running and a thick bag over the alternator. Needs to be thick and a freshly started engine so that it doesn't melt.
Snow foam, quick work in with a brush and power hose off. Obviously not directing too much water on the vitals and its should be grand.

Been a busy week. 3 polishers attempt to polish my wheels but due to various things none have been successful with the time frame so they're currently being sprayed candy red as I've loads of it left over from the bbs wheels. http://i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj532/homerdog81/0BF5514C-9E05-4A50-94...

Re: B6... A Working Progress
Well Rob (Revo) came to mine today and we set about fitting a few bits and pieces to the car but the main thing being retriming the sides so that in and around the compressors where cleaner than before. Both sides retrimed in acoustic carpet http://i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj532/homerdog81/1D5FD...
