Where is the most convenient place to take feeds from for the above. I'm guessing the side repeater loom but just want to check.

now replaced with the same one you posted up a link for and job done, Fitted new seals to the pipes that come of the inter cooler as there was thick sooty poo all around the fittings and oosh it now goes well again.

I've had mine over 5 years now. I noticed that when i bought new seals for some of the pipes from vw they were green. The old ones where black. Were the early type black and the new type green? The reason why i ask is because the pipe with the split in has green seals and i'm thinking its perhaps no...

10 of 10 MiniMental mine split in exactly the same place.

Yeh it's been mapped and also running a de-cat.

I'm thinking of doing away with the egr. Is there a link on here with instructions on what parts i need and how to do it? I did a quick search and couldnt find anything.

I have boost leak somewhere on my tdi 130 avf. You can hear it blowing out on boost. Initially i thought i had found it as the was a big soot build up around the top intercooler pipe where it goes into the intercooler. I replaced the seals and its no different. I have taken all pipes of across top s...

My hid's are no way near as bright a year or so after fitting. My question is can i change to a 5k bulb and still use the existing kit when the originals are 8k. I know the bulbs are not that much cheaper than i whole kit but i have installed mine neatly and so that none of it is exposed.

I have no idea when or if its ever been changed. The gears have always been silky smooth till now. Could you tell me which is the correct oil and where the drain and fill plugs are and i'll do that first please.

Lately i've noticed that sometimes when i go to put the car into first gear its hard to select. It seems to be getting worse. I dont seem to have any problems with the other gears.
Any suggestions ?

Is there a gasket or anything special that goes at either end of the pipe that has the cat on (bolts to turbo at one end). going to change mine soon and dont want to be caught short when i go to do it (bound to be late on a sat or a sunday).

Hi guys i've wired my heated leather seats in as per factory spec however i have a permanent live and switchable live going into the switch on the dash but only 1 positive feed out at the connector on the seat plug end and this only reads 4.2v. Pulling my hair out any ideas?

Could anyone give me the part number for the foam seat base from the front seats on a b5.5 sport cloth seats?

on the other hand does anyone know if the b5.5 sport cloth front seat base foams are the same as the b5 sport leather ones?
