Hi. Has anyone experienced water leak through the 'gromit' end of the cable tube going into the boot? Shows wet in the tube when photo taken last week, when checking today, it's dry but wet around the inside of white plastic bit. Thanks

Hi. When closing driver's door, the lock appears to double lock/try locking. The double locking is still present but when driving, frequently the door locks activate themselves. It's after the security locking door feature.

Any ideas from anyone?

If I was to take car to mechanic to get plugged in ...

I have put sealant on the outside into the 'defect' area and tried to push inside the hole. Will sealant inside along the bodywork joint tonight. If any moisture inside the joint will dry out during the day. Will take the other cluster off to look if the same issue at another time

I have found the cause of water leak into part of the boot area. Hole behind rear light cluster. Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks

Part no. 510827861A. I got mine from Amazon, it's twice the price of a pattern parts but at least I knew it fitted. As per the Amazon reviews, had to cut to length.

Trim removed. These 2 clip like in photo 'popped off'. Any idea of the location to where they go?

Late in replying an update. The noise was coming from the front brakes. One of the pads, a metal clip had broken off creating play in the caliper. New front pads fitted...no more clunking sound

99% of the time when I brake, there is a 'clunk'/knock sound from what sounds like the rear brakes. Car still brakes OK. 2017 GT estate B8. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

Hi. Whilst washing my 2017 estate GT, on the boot the T came off. It has always read TD (bought the car from a second hand car dealer), my understanding is it should read TDI. Does anyone know the best/ cheapest place to get a new TDI chrome set from? Thanks

Has anyone had any problems with their 'blower fan'? I had mine on max today and it didn't seem as powerful as my B7, even changing where the air came into the cabin it didn't make any different. (2017 GT estate)
