If you were not wanting any names to come up then surely asking the same question on another forum would have been better? Re: Purchasing items
Oh and the vast majority of debit cards have NO protection, the banks see it as the digital equivalent of handing over cash and youre on your own, they wont, and cant, help. I dont think thats technically true as you can use the chargeback scheme vis your bank before opening a dispute with financia...

Re: Purchasing items
Personally I check everything that I buy before fitting. I open the package and inspect once received. THAT'S the time to check for any discrepancy. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk I did do that though ... my point is a part has been sold as a pair, I had my booked in for cv joints, whilst som...

Re: Purchasing items
As I also said, did you sell as a pair? Yes you did. Whether or not you chose not to check since you purchased, that is YOUR responsibility not mine, why should I be responsible for picking up the slack in this scenario????? Also you could also use the trade description act against the seller whethe...

I never agreed to 1/2 the refund though did I? I asked you for what I asked you explaining the reasons why. 'this is the end of the matter?' If you say so, do not talk for both parties involved like you are trying to already. I have not agreed to 1/2 the refund, I sent back the item, THEN I asked yo...

Re: End of an era for our passats?
What I find most annoying is one group of drivers/ fuels is being targetted ... I think we have all seen those diesel cars which emit a cloud so thick you need to activate your homing beacon so everyone knows where you. There is a huge difference IMO of a vehicle which is kicking out loads of thick ...
