Not sure mate, they say compatible with upto -60mm lowering springs. Gas , gas, gas...i'd say -60mm as you drive it normaly... the reason you wanna use gas shocks is that gas can be compressed and oil can not be! fluid can not "travel" as quick as gas inside the shocks etc etc.. All i hav...

Discovered there was no under trays on my passat;-(Bought as advertised a b5.5-b5 engine undertray from a member,which came in 2 parts,bought new fitting kit,went to put it on,fits at the front,nowhere to clip back of front section,and no where for the rear to clip in,just doesn't line up,miles off...

The best way for me to change the CV is:
Undo driveshaft bolt, remove lower rear arm balljoint and on full lock you should be able to pull the drishaft out from the hub. You can now change the CV or just the boot it self.
If you have a little experiens the job should take you 30 min
