it rubbed though on a valve on the fuel cooler

that boost pipe was changed 2 years ago for a new one £87 as far as i remember,
the belt was to protect it from rubbing through in the same place again, if there was no hole in the belt it was doing it's job

they just rust up and seize, remove the light, force the seized bit to turn, then superglue the wheel back on, then grease the whole moving bits, sorted
