thanks bud it says on there the difference in speedo readings would be 0.8%. i dont know but i think this aint to bad ?

hi getting some 18" r8s with 225 40 tyres on them to go on my 03 sport with the std 205 55 16s on, does anybody know how much this will affect my speedo or anything else on the car. im sticking with the std suspension. thanks. Cam

E type 4.2 roadster brought from the guy i worked for in 1972 with a core plug gone £150 lol only had it for about 6 months when it failed the mot on a poo load of welding. swopped it for a mk5 zephyr that smoked like a chimney.if only we had hindsight..

Hi If you have no flow in to the bottle from the return then you have a problem. Sounds like the water pump and thermostat fault. Dave Are you saying there should be flow through the Expansion Tank? mines the same had new pump fitted and new coolant, no pressure and cool water in the header. been the same since i had the car. heater works fine. i wouldnt worry about it if you start messing with it you can guarantee you,l create a problem

to right m8 on my way home last night some homi bird in a vectra was turning left at the lights and was stuck in the middle of the road with all 4 wheels spinning so i just drove up the inside of her had a look in smiled and drove on. she was a right minger.

must admit i was a bit sceptical about how good winter tyres were. not anymore though, got a pair of continental winters on the front and the difference is unbelievable. so funny last night weaving in and out of the cars trying to get up the hill outside my house.

av 31mpg out of my 130 avf on my daily trips to work at an av speed of 16mph. can get it up to 58 on a motorway run.

ran my 405 on old chip shop oil for years used to get gallons of it every month from the chippy the misses worked at smelt great behind it never had a prob never mixed it with diesel just stuck it in. putting it in my pd now thats a different matter all together.
