what about milege wise? my B6 had 120000 and still felt tight and general wear and tear had no mayor probs.
any thing I should be checking for on a car with around 90k

This is a very good suggestion, think I need someone to bounce the shocks whilst I listen and look at them for leaks etc

Ok you guys have talked me out of the flush so just go for a straight oil change.

what about fuel filter, is it always best to remove the housing and empty it fully to get rid of any poo in the bottom? and do I have to fill it back up with diesel before put new filter in?

which engine flush would you recommend then?

I have some 5w40 fully synthetic, could I not use that to run for 20 mins to flush?

cant be that different from 5w30???

could I use any type of oil to do a flush? like empty old oil and fill with 10w40 or something and run for 20mins and then drain again then fill with the Castrol edge 5w30???

56 PLATE 2.0 TDI SE 140 WITH 95K MILES, FSH, MOT TILL SEPTEMBER, TAX TILL JULY
BLACK WITH CLOTH INTERIOR AND IN ALL ROUND GOOD CONDITION
HAD A NEW TURBO AND ALL INJECTORS REPLACED WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

Hi all, Basically i have a 2006 passat B6 2.0 tdi 140 SE saloon but really need an estate (FOR DOGS) current car still has finance on so dont know what the best way to go about it is???? part ex'ing it isnt an option as they wont give me enough to clear the finance so would have to sell it privately...
