Has anyone any experience with the various lists of rear bumper protectors on ebay?

Seems a lot to choose from, clear film, vinyl, abs plastic and metal. The Passat estate will be used for transporting the occasional upvc window, glass and tools from time to time and the abs of metal versions would ...

I saw that self levelling suspension on Vagcat. Should it ever go wrong, big bills me thinks.

I don't need any parts because my Passat already has electric headlamp adjusters on it but it's good to know.

Sorry, I didn't write that first post very well, too many glasses of red wine this evening!. What I meant to say was are they all fitted with electrically controlled adjusters operated from inside the car? As it seems, probably not.

Can anyone tell me if B3 Passats were all fitted with headlamp height adjusters or if they were fitted to selected models as standard/optional?

Pull the fuse out for a few seconds and the MFA will go blank, then put it back in, should be OK. Sometimes the MFA will stick if you've been playing with the electrics just like on my Mk2 Golf.

have seen pics of a black german B3 VR6 on very similar wheels to those and its one of my fave passats so yours will look awesome Im sure :D

Yes they are bonded. And the idiot who put the screen in before I owned the car did a real good job! Rust everywhere.
